FEED Study for HVAC Platform
Customer: Vineyard Wind LLCLocation: The Atlantic Ocean, offs the coast of Massachusetts
Period: 2018-2021
A full FEED study aimed at making an optimal design for an 800 MW offshore substation for the US market. The design should be economic, yet with a robust structure, optimising efficient installation and topside in accordance with American IEEE standards and partially IEC standards. The basic design included considerations to reduce maintenance requirements to a minimum.
