Project management and supply
Semco Maritime works as a turnkey contractor (EPCI) and subcontractor. We certify our project managers according to Internationally recognised standards, and constantly improve our tools ensuring a seamless project execution with maximum control of the project at all times – from baseline to baseline.
To support the project manager in controlling the many elements, of the EPCI projects, we train and develop engineering-, construction- & installation managers, each with their specialities in the different phases of the project.
Procurement is an integrated part of our project execution model, supporting our project organisation in all phases of the project. Through clear roles and responsibilities we ensure that each element is carefully integrated to form the overall and complex functionalities specified by our customers.
