Hanøytangen arrival form and important contact points

Instruction for IE:

Click on the download link above
Save the form on you PC by clicking the button “Save file as PDF” in the bottom right corner of the form
Open the form on your PC and fill in all the fields
Send the form by e-mail to: rigsales@semcomaritime.com
(if you use MS Outlook you can click the e-mail address in the top of the form)
Make sure it says “HT-arr-form” in the subject field of the e-mail
Please remember to attach: Crew list and list of last ten ports visited
